The cookies and cream ice cream tasted like bland over sweetened plastic, but the chocolate was good. The staff seemed more concerned about talking to each other than the customer. We didn't have our minds made up right away, and our server walked away several times throughout our order. Of those times, once was to check on a customer, which is ok, and the other times were to talk to co-workers and share some stories that must have been amusing, seeing as to the laughter that ensued

They wouldn’t serve us because we didn’t have masks when one of the employees didn’t even have their mask on properly. Way below his nose and chin. So my gfs 10 year old daughter couldn’t get her ice cream. Why enforce a ridiculous mask policy on people when employees can’t even wear their mask properly. Do not recommend this place

If I could give them zero stars, I would. We came 10 minutes before closing to buy a single dog treat, and when our car pulled up to the parking spot, an associate locked the door. When we approached and knocked, the associate pretended to ignore us. There were still people eating at the indoor tables.

Go to this place once in a while, but every time I go, the staff are very nice and helpful!!! Recommend this place
