This is mine and my wife's number one spot to cure our sweet tooth cravings. My wife can't really have dairy so they have a dairy free ice cream which she loves and I like their vanilla light ice cream. They have MANY different options far as ice creams, toppings and cones. They are right next to the movie theater so they have time where they are super busy and slow times but we've never had any issues with quality or service and the staff are always friendly and kind. If you're looking to cure your sweet tooth craving and something too cool you off during the hotter season this is the place!
I was really disappointed during my visit on Saturday when there was only one staff member working the floor. It was frustrating when the older woman refused to let my daughter taste the ice cream and wouldn’t offer her two flavors in a cup unless we bought a medium size, which would have been way too much for a little girl. I’ve never been to a Cold Stone where ordering ice cream felt so complicated. Additionally, they charge an extra $1.50 for certain flavors, which seemed unreasonable to me. Overall, I’d rate the customer service as zero stars.
Pathetic manager sat in the back while the one poor employee served an absolute roomful of customers. We had to wait at least 45 minutes to be served watched as even more people came in the door. I turned away as many people as I could. We won't be patronizing this place again, but left a large tip for the employee who worked her butt off all by herself.
The elderly lady who works here is quite rude! The only positives were that the building and the bathroom were clean. The dessert was excessively sweet and sugary. $65 plus tip for ice cream but couldn’t trouble the lazy manager for a couple of cups of water and was told I had to purchase the bottled water or get it elsewhere.The staff at Cheeburger Cheeburger was much more willing, so I’ll be purchasing my ice cream there next time.
A whole group of people went in before us. And none were turned away. But when myself and one other person came in we were turned away. The sign was still on open. If you're going to turn the last people away you shouldn't have let the others in first. Absolutely awful.
came on vaterday. the older lady who works must have had a bad day. she wants geduld. she rolled her eyes all that came in. we heard them say she was tired and ready to go home more than once. she was rude to us and all who came in.
