While the ice cream itself wasn't the most extraordinary I've ever had, the animal crackers added a nice touch, and vanilla ice cream is always a classic favorite of mine. However, the star of the dish was definitely the waffle cone—it was crunchy, sweet, and absolutely delightful. The location doesn’t have much indoor seating, but there are a few outdoor seats available, which is a nice perk. This spot is perfect for treating yourself or bringing the kids when things get back to normal (I’m not sure if they’re open during quarantine). Overall, a great experience!
The restaurant is on the pricey side. There were two of us dining, and I was pleased with my order—it was prepared exceptionally well. However, my girlfriend's order fell short. She requested two golden Oreos to accompany her ice cream, but when they were mixed in, they were only cut in half instead of being chopped into smaller, bite-sized pieces like mine. While my dish was of great quality, hers didn’t meet the same standard. The person who prepared her order could definitely benefit from some retraining.
I pre ordered a birthday cake for my daughter and when we picked it up it had the wrong name on it and looked like a child did the writing. They did correct their mistake but at nearly $40 you expect more. This is a professional business if you are going to advertise sell a product then it should not look like a child did it. The fact that the name was wrong was a mistake and mistakes happen but my issue is the finished product was not up to par.
We visited last night for ice cream, and I ordered the Hot for Cookie. Unfortunately, the cookie was quite hard, and the whipped cream on top was excessively thick and had a strange smell. I initially thought it might be homemade, but it honestly seemed like it was made with poor-quality ingredients. Since leaving, I've felt really unwell, and I couldn’t keep any of the ice cream down. What can I say, it's Coldstone. That alone, makes it great! This is a pretty good location and I have always found the staff pretty friendly and they load up the ice cream nicely. I am not sure how they measure, but when my cup overflows, I am not complaining. The only knock that I have with any of their locations is really more seating would be nice.
The ice cream is amazing but I felt terrible for the girl working the counter... she was working ALONE with a huge line (first few warm days)... they really need to do something about being staffed correctly
If you're on a mission to get diabetes, this is the place to do it! As good as it looks, it tastes even better. Enjoy it while you're there, then go straight to confession.

Ice cream is good. They only had two people in the shop and had to wait forever for ice cream! Poor scheduling on a nice day! Where are the managers or owners??!!
