cashier didn't let me use my discount/rewards because the machine didn't work. what he said it happens all the time. I asked if there is anything else he could do and he said no. he would have asked one of the other 3 people who could work or give me a discount for the inconvenience.
set up a pick-up order. the order was correct and tasted good. there must be better waiting skills here. was not able to put in the door for almost 20 minutes due to the amount of people who could not find out how to properly arrange. once in the personal are friendly and helpful.
at least the right time for cold stone ice! the best! yummy someone who didn't try it! if they like ice cream, they need to try this ice cream! so delicious! and I always had a great service at this place, thank you!
