If you're looking for a unique dining experience, Colita is a must-try! The menu is thoughtfully divided into cold, hot, and smoky options. I recommend ordering two dishes from each category to make the most of your meal. Our waiter was excellent, providing detailed explanations of each dish and enhancing our overall culinary journey. My favorites were the cold sea bass tostada and the hot squid. Unfortunately, I didn't take pictures of the smoky KC ribs and lamb tacos, but they were delicious as well. Don't miss out on trying the pink drink with a ducky—it's quite an interesting concoction—alongside the Mezcal Old Fashioned. I highly recommend this place!
Great food and atmosphere to celebrate our anniversary. Service was top notch as well, our server gave us some great recommendations. The drinks were original and tasty with fun garnishes. The sea bass tostadas were incredible, and we really enjoyed the tomato salad and churros gelato as well
We loved eating at Colita! The price point is higher but you definitely pay for the beautiful ambience and presentation. The dishes are small so would recommend ordering a few of these family style and going for the drinks...wait until you see their unique take on a salt rim!

Me and my fiancé celebrate all of our special occasions here. It’s a wonderful twist on Latin fusion food. I would happily suggest this place to anyone. If you’re lucky maybe you’ll get there in time for ribs!(they always sell out, so go early)
I was a guest of some friends that love this place and I'll have to say it was fantastic. Service and menu were perfect, and the drinks were works of art.
I sat at the bar without needing a reservation. I ordered the beef tartare, octopus al pastor, and a fried green tomato salad. Everything was fantastic!

Had dinner here a few times. Each time has been great. I love the fermented drinks. So far not a bad dish. Not cheap but good.
