Je ne retrouve pas le restaurant décrits par les avis Pourquoi une carte de plats aussi grande, hors saison quand il n'ya guère que dix personnes le soir au restaurant. Pourquoi pas un plat de jours frais ?L'entrée et une partie des desserts étaient "maison", mais la ballotine de pintade, même avec un accompagnement "maison" était un insipide et gluant plat tout préparé, décongelé à la commande. Et vu le nombre de plats proposés, ils ne pouvaient pas être préparés sur place. Et un menu entrée, plat, dessert ou fromage pour 26,90 euros , quand même !Néanmoins, le décor est agréable et joyeusement coloré. La serveuse connaît remarquablement les vins locaux.
Déjeuner en famille dans ce restaurant situé dans l'hôtel du même nom, nous sommes pris en charge par une serveuse souriante et affable. Nous optons pour la terrasse ombragée et à l'abri des fortes chaleurs. La carte fait la part belle aux produits locaux: terrine de foie aux olives de Nyons, melon au jambon de pays, pintadeau farci aux abricots, andouillette provençale. C'est généreux voire trop copieux et la qualité des produits est décevante. Il conviendrait peut-être de revoir les approvisionnements afin de gagner en saveurs (très déçu notamment du melon et des tomates sans goût alors que nous sommes en plein terroir).
We spent one night in this small independent hotel, in its juice but perfectly maintained. It slices with the hotels at the basic decor and without charm. The owner is very welcoming and pleasant. The rooms are very spacious. This hotel has the advantage of being located in the heart of the small town of Nyons, in front of the tourist office and in the place where there is a market. If you are sensitive to noise, prefer a room on the run side. Calm down! Continental breakfast is simple but there is everything you need and the terrace area is very pleasant. I recommend without hesitation!
Great hotel in the heart of Nyons! Very pleasant staff. Very good restaurant with the flavor of Provence! The rooms are also great with good bedding. The breakfast is generous with quality, local products!
