I usually get the almond milk matcha latte at Starbucks, which is great because there's no sugar. I wanted to try the first Colombus café because the Starbucks in La Défense is closed. I asked for the exact same thing, without sugar. They actually didn't add any sugar but their matcha (green tea powder) is already mixed with sugar, so they can't remove it. This is really annoying because I hate sugary drinks. Plus it's supposed to be a healthy drink, but if you add sugar to it, it becomes very bad. I really advise you to change the product and take quality sugar-free matcha, you will gain customers.
The service is deplorable, 4 people to serve you a coffee, 1 person who takes the order, one who makes the coffee, one who cashes and a...who forgot to serve you!!!
