Relaxed and friendly and good regional food . Great mix of their speciality burgers (which were apparently fabulous and the usual cheese based local dishes . It was nice not to feel rushed for a change . In busy weeks at this resort, you can get a real pressured ‘2 sitting ‘ feeling . No such approach here . We had a reservation for 7.30 and were still comfortably there at 10pm. Maybe don’t go at busy times if you are on a tight schedule , but suited us perfectly.
Nice little bar to stop off at for a game of cards and a couple of drinks In the sun and was relatively quiet so seating isn’t an issue. Not directly in the centre just past the ice rink but if you are looking for a pleasant atmosphere this place is ideal. Top tip: Obviously this is weather dependant but both times we visited the bar the sun went behind the adjacent mountains at around 8:15pm so sitting inside after this time is advised.
Came here twice in 2 days, because the food was so good. They push the burgers (which are the usual high-standard steak haché style), but the Savoyade food here is also top notch. Both the tartiflette and fondue were spectacular. Can't recommend highly enough, especially in an area where the food can be quite hit and miss.
Really difficult to get a table any were in Les Gets over the New Year week this was our final option, really glad we managed to book a table. The food was great and some thing for everyone from traditions alpine food to fantastic burgers and pasta. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
We have been regaled with the raclette and the points (the latter being a first car discovery). We were hot with your onion soup. the server was welcoming and we were served quickly. a suggestion: maybe a piece of raclette a little more important.
Cosy restaurant. Despite being busy the young man made us welcome and squeezed all seven of us into the corner. Friendly service, decent glass of wine and a huge cheeseboard. The best bit- the tomato chutney with the cheese, beautiful!!
We really enjoyed our veggie burgers here (I had a “double” , and an assiette de frites which we needn’t have had the menu didn’t mention that frites were supplied with the burger! The service was a bit slow but the food was delicious.
Lovely setting for a sunny evening outside on the terrace. The service was slow-asked numerous times for vinaigrette and drinks. Food was fine. Definitely lots of better places to eat in Les Gets. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
