Delicious! The service was good and the atmosphere felt very family-friendly. I really enjoyed the sweet sauce option for my pizza, and the buffalo breadsticks were outstanding. I would have given it 5 stars if it weren't for the somewhat high prices. I recently returned in November 2021 and enjoyed another meal with my family, and I took some photos of my pizza and buffalo breadsticks. My rating remains the same.
During our visit to Louisiana, we were eager to try a local mom-and-pop restaurant. We decided on Commodore's, and we were beyond delighted with our experience. Everything was exceptional—from the service to the food to the value! The family owners and waitstaff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We will definitely make a special effort to return and dine there again!
This is a fantastic place for pizza! Be sure to try the sweet sauce. For appetizers, the mozzarella cheese sticks and buffalo calzones are excellent choices. Their specialty pizzas are a must-try as well. The service is consistently great, although the food may take a little longer to arrive during busy times.
