Low rating is a service issue. I’ve been here enough times to expect better. Tonight was disappointing. At 5pm, with a quarter full restaurant, I expected a bit more attentiveness. Our requests were forgotten; wrong cocktail, no offer of additional once spectacular rolls (and butter); no water or soft drink refills. Top that with a slightly snippy attitude when these things were brought to our waiter’s attention. So much for our holiday dinner and the accompanying hour long drive. One last gripe I absolutely DETEST being given the bill while the waiter is hovering for me to electronically sign. We will be back because the food is very good, but will change tables if we get the same waiter. B...
We recently ordered rolls to take out and were a little surprised by the receipt. We were charged an online order fee(they wouldn't answer the phone), a small business fee and a tip just to walk in, pick up our rolls and walk out. No where were these fees posted on their their website. We definitely will not be ordering from here again! Service: Takeaway Meal type: Other
The menu is awesome even though the dining room is pretty loud. All in all though, probably my favorite restaurant in Michigan. Try the boulliabaise first. Top notch. Appetizers were amazing, salad was good, drinks were good, fish tacos were ok. The floor was extremely slippery by the bar and restrooms. Either way, I would go back. Great dinner place. I go here often with my wife on our date nights. The goat cheese ravioli is delicious! The staff is pretty great, Andrew is a complete superstar. Definitely recommend if you haven't been and are looking for a good dinner place. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
