Comptoir Des Alpes (ex Nordique)

We had a booking at 8PM. Were shown to our table and waited 20 minutes before a waiter arrived to give us then menu and asked us if we wanted something to drink. This was after we had told the head waiter that we had not received service. We were told that we had to order desert together with main course or else no desert. Another waiter brought us the desert menu after the main course.

Our experience was exceptional, and far exceeded any expectations (it was a birthday and we are so grateful that our experience was so great). The ambience, service and presentation were fantastic and the desserts were some of the best we’ve had. A big thank you to the whole staff, they were all fantastic.

A very reasonably priced high end dining experience in Chamonix. Starter, cocktail, entre, wine and dessert for about $110 per person. Excellent wine recommendation and perfectly presented dishes. We will be back.

The restaurant was lovely! The value for the delicious food was great and well worth it. We enjoyed our meal completely!
