Solid 4 stars for crabs, crab bisque and all things seafood. Looking for some blue crabs in a sit down setting on our way back to NJ, this didn't disappoint our craving. Indoor and outdoor seating. We chose the outdoors since it was a nice day out, the doors are styled like a clear garage door that can open and close depending on the weather. Interior is fast paced, clean, very casual setting. They add an aromatic 18% gratuity if you order crabs, not depending on the number of people in your party. The appetizers were very good, we had crab fries and jalapeño poppers. My wife had mahi-mahi and my nice had a taco dish which they both liked. I ordered a crab fluff but was served a crab cake. Miscommunication but I dealt with it as I like the cakes as well. It was listed as 5oz so I knew it was on the small side. It was definitely hit by shrinkflation and a bit larger than a golf ball so if you are hungry look elsewhere. It was edible but slightly fishy and not the best for sure. My wife and I also had **** Marys that were vodka and tomato juice with lemon wedges so save your money there as well. We discovered their shrimp in a bread bowl. Mouth watering, awesome!!! This dish will bring me back to this place. LOVED it!! Im not a fan of the removal of the high top tables in the front bar area. Not sure why that happened, but not a fan. We can always count on good service and good food here. We prefer sitting at the bar, but can’t “reserve” a spot there. My hubs had the soft shell crab caprese. He said it was really good. The Pomegranate martini was not sweet enough for my taste. I guess they make it with sour mix?? I think the last time I was here I got a good shot of simple syrup to put in it. Just in FYI. I know not many people love their drinks as sweet as I do.
Really enjoyed our food and the drinks were very tasty! Wait staff was kept busy with the Friday night crowd, but our waitress still found time to be attentive to our grandchild. Between drinks, appetizers and entrees, the bill added up fast, but portions were plenty and we came home with a variety of leftover. Fish and Chips, Captain's Platter, Linguini Von Gale (with crab meat) were delicious and the Imperial Popper is a must! Not a place for a quiet night of dining, but I think that is part of the charm.

Acoustic are very noisy Inside the restaurant. Waitress was outstanding but the host and hostess at the front were busy chatting with each other and literally we were standing in front of them we were the only ones there) and they continiued their conversations without acknowledgement to us for about 3-4 min. Bars Drinks were great and food was good beef brisket sandwich was a bit fatty and chewy compared to most). Otherwise decent enough- waitress was the best!
Corn on cob served was actually cold and then they gave us frozen butter . Crabs were excellent. I mean really good It took 35 minutes but they were worth it . I'll be back for the crabs and the cream of crab
The restaurant was clean and the staff are very friendly. The food was delicious and the crabs are caught local. They were seasoned extremely well and tasted awesome! Definitely order crabs when you go.
This is the first restaurant I went as soon as I arrive here in america and it was a great experience. Great food, great service. Definitely a 5 star. Would recommend it to my friends.
