I visited two cookouts in a 2day time in two states. The customer service needs a revamp in Orangeburg, SC and Stone Mountain, GA! Left off my items on my sandwhich... Caught an attitude because I couldn't hear the young ladies clearly due to muffled voices and masks. I had hoped to redeem myself with the second visit and ignore some of the posts that I saw via Facebook about the service. I took the time to apologize to the young lady that I was making her day bad by being a little slow because this was my first visit. The drive-thru staff were quite rude! I made a conscious effort to stay calm while she took my order, but I ended up waiting at the window for at least five minutes without any communication. When I finally reached the window, she seemed irritated that I was there. How long is it reasonable to wait in a drive-thru line? I waited my turn to order, but then had to wait even longer at the window after placing my order. Overall, I expect quick service from a fast-food restaurant. While the prices are affordable, which is a plus, my time is valuable. I've visited this establishment twice now, and both experiences have been very disappointing.
Idk what is wrong with the folks in drive thru but I just experienced the worse customer service. If I say ?one moment? that means I don?t need to be hounded and asked every 10 seconds if I need help or am I ready. I was completely rushed and ordered something I thought I wanted but didn?t really care for! Tons of onions on my sandwich. I didn?t receive any napkins or a greeting at the window. What is wrong with people and their horrible attitudes!!?? I was the only one in line at 3 in the afternoon so there was no need for the rush. I could have went to Wendy?s for a better burger.
I've always received excellent service at this restaurant, but my recent experience was disappointing. One of the women, particularly the one with bright orange hair near the front of her head, was quite unpleasant. She definitely needs to improve her customer service skills. There were two women working that night, and both were very rude. Additionally, the bread was soggy because there was too much juice in the slaw. The restaurant was quite a mess at midnight, especially regarding wait times and the staff's attitude. I waited for about 20 minutes, and there were cars backed up on the main road. While the staff's joking around can be entertaining, it might not always be appropriate given the situation. It’s hard to believe they don't see how chaotic things have become. The food is usually decent, which is the only redeeming quality. I originally rated it three stars, but I've bumped it up to four stars because they've been a bit quicker and more courteous lately.
I went to this place. It was a long line, that wasn't the problem. It was the customer service that was the problem. The General Manager was disrespectful and rude. She made a comment with the worst attitude? You have to go back and watch the menu? when I asked a question. I feel so disturbed and I never want to visit this place again. She has to be fired. All the others were great that she didn't treat the situation well. Your customer service capabilities are based on standards. She's bringing down the organization.

Had great pulled pork tray was tender and juicy. TRAY comes with 2 sides for like 7 bucks. Get good amt of food. All the menu is reasonably priced. The burgers were just right. The shakes were on point the red cherry shake was it. The heath toffee one was great too. The WHITE CHEDDAR BITES ARE BOMB!!! Almost drove back thru the line to get more.
