It’s good, but prices always going up and food and portions getting smaller and order the past couple times wasn’t made right. Last time paid for cheese on a burger and bacon, only had ketchup and mustard. Called a “Big Double” but it had two tiny half Patties on it. The tray came with two sides and ordered cheese bites for both, they gave only one order of them and when I tried to contact, no answer on the phone, when I went back, they said they don’t do double orders if the same thing if it’s on the same tray. Petty and ridiculous. Really, really hoping quality goes back up because it was good the first year and a half it was open but continues to go downhill
We love cookout the food is always good but the last 2 experiences have been absolutely terrible. This last visit the worst! The entire drive through team had terrible attitudes and they didn’t give us half of our order. Mistakes happen but when I drive back through it was after I drove all the way home pea ridge) roughly 25 minutes or longer and they didn’t even make fresh food they had it sitting there waiting!!! So upset and not sure if we will be coming back any time soon you can’t even call to talk to management it said phone has been disconnected
The food was excellent, as was the all-around appearance and vibe of the place. It was very clean, with a very polite crew to boot. This place takes me back to a time that seems just about forgotten. With that genuine taste of an old-school all-American burger, some French fries, and a milkshake, I swear I had gone Back To The Future or something. Also, their speed and accuracy are uncanny. I could go on and on, but i 'll leave you with this... The strawberry cheesecake milkshake... AMAZING!
I had lunch here, for the first time and it was SO GOOD! I don’t know if it was the welcoming disposition of staff, the fact is-the food was just perfect! Restaurant only had a couple of people in it, drive thru was packed. To the staff- you are the greatest kept secret in Huntington I wish I knew about a year ago. anyways, thank you so much for being bright and cheerful. Burger was good but the two sides were substandard it wasn't even a full corn dog, it's half a corn dog and 4 onion rings. I got a milkshake with my tray. $10.68 definitely not worth it. I felt like I was given a Happy meal at double the price. I loved the Cook Out in Greensboro. Will not be going back to this cookout in Huntington.
Had a corn dog BBQ chicken sandwich and some fries. Chicken sandwich was disgusting, took one bite and threw the rest of it away, corn dog was okay about the same as one of those frozen ones cooked in an airfryer and the fries were good. I guess if you need food at 2 a.m. and don't feel like cooking at yourself it's an option.
I would suggest the cookout to everyone! I love their food. The hot dogs BBQ sandwich are my favorite. And the choices of milkshakes oh, how can you choose!!!! I wish I remembered the girls name that served us because she was so sweet! Everyone working sounded to get along and it was all in all a great atmosphere. X5
Nice outside dining. And if you're needing a hot to eat and it's late literally nothing beats this place. Nothing quite hits the spot at 3am like a bacon cheese burger and some onion rings. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Everything was delicious but the milkshakes were just ice cream you can't drink it thru a straw I had to use a spoon. Very good value I love the prices.
