We went to the restaurant the day after St. Patrick's Day, which may have affected our experience. We arrived at 5pm on Saturday and there was only one table occupied. The staff seemed a bit overwhelmed and were running around as if the place was full. We were seated promptly, but it took about 15 minutes to get our drinks. We ordered wings and tots as our appetizers, which were very good and the highlight of our meal, earning the place 2 stars. Our main courses took about an hour to arrive after our appetizers. I ordered the ribs, which were dry, lacked seasoning, and didn't have much flavor. The slaw was decent, but the beans were ice cold. My friend ordered the Duke's classic double burge...
I 've been going here for over a year now, it 's a very convenient location. With that being said, I 've slowly watched the service get worse and worse over the months. The last few times I went, my table was outright ignored after receiving the initial first round of drinks and placing an order for food. We did everything to hint to our waitress besides rudely calling them across the room or approaching the bar. We eventually had to ask the kitchen staff to get us new drinks. This has happened the last few times we went. Same thing with trying to pay for the meal. Eventually I had to approach the bar just to pay after waiting 10-15 minutes. Unfortunately I will not be returning anymore.
First time there. We got sesame hot honey and Nashville hot honey wings, dude abides burger with onion rings and beef brisket platter. We took a lot home for another meal. Everything was delicious. Service was good. I?m posting this especially because some recent posts had poor feedback about service. We had no problem. Everyone was friendly and attentive. Three different people came to our table at different times to check if we needed anything. We will go again and hope you will check it out as well.
Sadly, this place has gone downhill. We regularly ate here in 2021 and 2022 and loved it good quality/nice service. We went in yesterday, and proceeded to wait 45 minutes for food even though only 3 other tables were there. Beer was flat. And then the biggest issue: both my son and I woke up vomiting this morning. i had stopped eating my burger mid meal because it didn’t taste right.I hope the manager/owner can save this place, great little spot. But I can’t return based on what we saw/ate

Cool Hand Dukes Good food and drinks.Service is attentive without being in your face.Love the Odd or Even Burger with any of the sides.The wings are very good.Love the spinach salad with grilled chicken and balsamic dressing on the side.Jorge rocks the kitchen!Karaoke on Friday nights is entertaining with some very talented singers.CH Tavern (upstairs) an awesome place to enjoy the music from the Thursday night bands. Service upstairs is good.
We came here on a Friday night and it was half empty. The food was good but the food took almost an hour for 2 sandwiches, no one checked on us or explained anything and then overcharged our drinks and one of the waitresses argued with us about it. Disappointing experienceWoke up the next morning with food poisoning and that’s the only thing I had eaten in the previous 18 hours. Never coming back
My friend and I were the only ones in the restaurant after a crowd had just left. The waitress was great, but the kitchen staff took forever to bring out our simple menu items. We overheard them serving a regular customer who ordered wings after us and had already finished his meal before we received our food. It seems that slow service comes with the small town ambiance of this place.
We have been here a few times over the last couple of years and service and food has always been okay at best. However this time they seem to be under new management because everything was amazing! Donna, our waitress was incredible. She was very nice and attentive the entire time. On top of this the food has improved significantly! We will definitely be back.

I'd rate no stars but that's not an option. 65 spent for what? Ordered a 1/2 lb brisket for 17 and this is what they gave me. Not brisket... not sure actually... beef jerky in sauce maybe??? Disgusting. The chicken wings came out of a bag then overpriced. Fries so greasy... inedible. I usually don't write reviews but this place is not worth anybody's
