I love coming here. It is very convenient from my house, and no matter what I get the food is delicious. I went there on Wednesday which I found out was wing night. Boneless wings for 50 cents bone in for 69 cents. Few different varieties. They have to be ordered 10 per order. We got the honey chipotle boneless, mild bone in, and Creamy Teryaki Boneless. All three were good, but my favorite was the honey chipotle. I would have ordered more if we weren?t getting dinner, but I wanted to enjoy one of their signature burgers. We went to the restaurant the day after St. Patrick's Day, which may have affected our experience. We arrived at 5pm on Saturday and there was only one table occupied. The staff seemed a bit overwhelmed and were running around as if the place was full. We were seated promptly, but it took about 15 minutes to get our drinks. We ordered wings and tots as our appetizers, which were very good and the highlight of our meal, earning the place 2 stars. Our main courses took about an hour to arrive after our appetizers. Absolutely terrible experience! The worst service ever! Do not visit this restaurant. My husband and I went to Dukes on the night of the Irish Festival in September. We waited for over an hour that night. The waitress completely disappeared! We were starving and kept being told our food would be ready any minute. They hadn't even started cooking it yet. Despite our bad experience, we decided to give them another chance. We informed the waiter about our first experience, but unbelievably, they repeated the same mistake. I 've been going here for over a year now, it 's a very convenient location. With that being said, I 've slowly watched the service get worse and worse over the months. The last few times I went, my table was outright ignored after receiving the initial first round of drinks and placing an order for food. We did everything to hint to our waitress besides rudely calling them across the room or approaching the bar. We eventually had to ask the kitchen staff to get us new drinks. This has happened the last few times we went. Same thing with trying to pay for the meal. Eventually I had to approach the bar just to pay after waiting 10-15 minutes. First time there. We got sesame hot honey and Nashville hot honey wings, dude abides burger with onion rings and beef brisket platter. We took a lot home for another meal. Everything was delicious. Service was good. I?m posting this especially because some recent posts had poor feedback about service. We had no problem. Everyone was friendly and attentive. Three different people came to our table at different times to check if we needed anything. We will go again and hope you will check it out as well.
My friend and I were the only ones in the restaurant after a crowd had just left. The waitress was great, but the kitchen staff took forever to bring out our simple menu items. We overheard them serving a regular customer who ordered wings after us and had already finished his meal before we received our food. It seems that slow service comes with the small town ambiance of this place.
Says a lot when the chef can't even be there when the restaurant opens. Got there at 11:30, sat down and the hostess states they're still waiting for the chef and has to text to see when they're coming in. Says a lot about their business. We left and ate a great meal elsewhere, where the chef actually showed up for their restaurant opening.
My wife and I stopped in on a Sunday afternoon to give it a try. We sat at the bar and were very happy with the beer selection and atmosphere. We ordered a pretzel and hot wings, which were very good. The service was very friendly and the food came out quickly! We wish the best for this great place and will certainly be back soon! The atmosphere was fantastic! We enjoyed drinks and appetizers. The staff even brought us a complimentary appetizer they were testing out. The owner was incredibly friendly and came to chat with us at our table. The entire staff was very pleasant. Excellent service overall!
