Cool Treats For Nsb

Not very friendly. It was our first time at the ice cream store. The lady taking our order told us she had to do something in 10 minutes to hurry up when there were another employee working with her. She also said that we could only try 2 flavors when we have never been to their store and have no clue what it taste like. She rolled her eyes when one of us asked for two different flavors. She just did not have a good personality for a person to be handling customers.

Ice cream was fantastic. however, the customer service stunk. The way he talked to his employees and the way we told us to go outside since our 1 year old was running.. just uncalled for.. especially since there was no one in there, just us. Again, ice cream was fantastic.. but I would get it to go.

So-so place. Kind of pricey with really only a few choices and nothing smallish for those who really dont want alot of dessert. Decor was non existent and staff seemed like they were suffering through our orders. Had high hopes but would not go back.

You are doing yourself a disservice if you don't come here to get ice cream. By far the best in the area. Home made and locally owned! They have vegan ice cream options as well!

Delicious homemade ice cream- even had salted caramel made of oat milk! Great music and Jim is a super friendly proprietor. :
