I recently visit Coopers Hawk in Easton. I ordered the Salmon like I Always do… This Was NOT the same Salmon they served in the Past!! This Salmon tastes like it came out a frozen bag. Was Very disappointed!… I visit 1/15/2024.. They have definitely Changed the Salmon!!
We enjoy coming in for wine tasting. Samara creates an awesome experience. She is so knowledgeable and consistent with excellent service that we look forward to coming to Cooper's Hawk. Thank you for appreciating excellent staff. Samara's energy keeps us coming.
Cooper Hawk met and exceeded service and `ambiance. Finally, a restaurant that understands the ability to converse while dining without blaring music is important. We dine frequently at Cooper Hawk. Lunch portion and life balance entrees are a plus.

Cooper Hawks is simply the best restaurant, whether in Northeast Ohio or Columbus at Easton! Customer service is stellar. You must join the wine club.
Samar is the best! My husband and I have been coming here for 3 years and we literally wait in line for Samar....she is sooooo much fun!!!
Sophisticated atmosphere. Great menu. Excellent wine selections. Guides which wine can go with each menu item. Great service.
