Copleys - Tisch reservieren

Once again Copley's stands out as the best restaurant in Palm Springs. Shannon, the Maitre D, greets everyone with warmth and good cheer and is helpful when suggesting a table. The atmosphere is romantic and peaceful, the patio misting system comfortably takes the edge off the heat, and the food superb. The specials on this particular evening were outstanding: seafood fettuccine was not a pasta dish with added fish... but an extraordinary melange of four seafood elements — lobster, swordfish, mussels, shrimp — served on a bed of pasta. Exquisite. Chocolate soufflé topped the meal, served by Gracie, arguably the best Waitperson in Palm Springs, bar none.

Copley’s has become my favorite Palm Springs restaurant. Food is outstanding both in taste and presentation. The Scottish salmon is simply delicious. The beet salad was outstanding with various colored beets with a tasty dressing. Our waiter was engaging and quite funny. The entire staff was exceptionally friendly and informative. If you are lookin for an restaurant for a special occasion Copley’s would the place to dine.

Heavenly! One of the best meals I've had. Service was excellent Chad was exceptional. I literally didn't even have to read the menu. The way he talked me through the options was incredible. Highly recommend and I'll be back for sure.

The cauliflower entree was amazing. The basil ice cream is the best ice cream I've ever eaten. Please keep both of these on the menu forever.
