I’ve always wanted to come here and sit on the open patio! First let me say that the service is amazing and the servers are extraordinary, very well mannered and nice! 5 stars for the service for sure! I had an old fashioned which tasted really good and had the rattlesnake pasta (fyi there’s no snake in it). The pasta was pretty good, but is not extraordinary! I’d give it at most 3/5 stars. My wife had a club salad which was miserable to say the least, there wasn’t any difference between the chicken and the croutons, moreover the lettuce wasn’t properly washed and still had little bugs on it. it is 5 stars for me because the copper canyon has offered me the following: barrier-free parking (although it is a bit too foot from the parking space at the whole dining area); ambiente (tablenapkins and dimming lighting have an upscale, cozy, romantic atmosphere); cleanliness (besides interieur plus server are decent. I didn't go to the toilet so I can't say anything about it); occupancy setting (professional and very amiable. the manager has accumulated us with a beautiful, warm smiles); and above all eating (we love everything we have ordered)! we'll be back soon.
My family has been coming here for years. My parents enjoy celebrating their anniversary with their children every year. Part of our anniversary present to them is we buy them dinner. It had become tradition for us to go to Copper Canyon so that my parents can take a picture with the Chocolate Uprising dessert. It's delicious! Also, the staff are generally great and welcoming! They also have decent prime rib and were a huge prime rib family.
I ordered their “soup of the day” which was black bean soup with bacon and the Seared Ahi Tuna salad. The soup was tasty and the salad was really good!! my only complaint was that the Tuna was a little warm and flavorless, but the rest of the salad kind of made up for it. the presentation was great too
