Savoury and delicious Mexican food that appealed to everyone in our family of four. The staff were great in accommodating our tweens with their food preferences. The portions were a good size and the flavours and seasoning were incredibly tasty. I noticed some other reviews complaining about the prices, however, this restaurant is in ByWard Market and definitely comparable to the other restaurants in the area.When we go back to Ottawa in future, we will be sure to visit Corazon de Maiz again!
I had the chicken burrito and a drink which was almost $12. The burrito was maybe 8 bites. Very, very small portion for the price - I was shocked when it was handed to me.The male behind the cash did not talk to me at all while taking my money - instead he chatted with another staff member without so much as looking at me. Not impressed and I will not return. Far better places in Ottawa where you actually leave feeling as if you've eaten...and been acknowledged.
Loved a quick lunch we got at the ByWard market. Two of the family went for Bagels, but my daughter and I had a great lunch from the Corazon De Maiz stall. Soft tacos were great and loved the guacamole side. Super nice, authentic Mexican cooking.
We had lunch at the restaurant counter in the rush. The atmosphere is quite friendly. the chicken burritos and the nachos we took were very good. The nachos were very copious! reasonable price. A little less than $40 to three. to be recommended Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
We went twice and always as good. The service is offered with a smile and it is a small and warm place. The machos and everything else are well presented and appetizing, while being tasteful and very good.
Really good food. You know you cant go wrong with Beef Tacitos with choice of hot sauces. the place is small, however, sufficient enough. Shall return to try more of their menu items
Very convenient and nice Mexican restaurant. Friendly staff and tasty meals. Price is Right and location is central to Ottawa attractions. Highly recommended.

For around 11 CAD you get a good meal. Well worth the money! The pork is like pulled pork, which is really tasty.
