I recently celebrated my birthday at Corcega in Spain with my girlfriend, and I must say that it was one of the most disappointing dining experiences we've ever had. The way we were treated was nothing short of appalling, and it left us feeling discriminated against and utterly neglected. To begin with, my girlfriend and I, along with another couple who also didn't have a reservation, arrived at the restaurant at the same time. Surprisingly, the other couple was immediately attended to while we were practically ignored. It was disheartening to witness the stark contrast in the level of service we received compared to them. Absolutely shocking, sat us down in the corner, gave menus and let us look through them. Sat with menus after deciding what to eat for around 20 minutes being ignored by staff without even a drink and the restaurant only had about 4 other tables in at the time. A waiter then went to the table next to us that were seated around 15 minutes after us so we left and never ate.
The waiter mistook my order for shoulder of lamb gave me lamb chops even though I had pointed it out on the menu, he changed it and 20 mins later shoulder arrived, the meat was tasteless except for burnt parts of the skin! The restaurant itself is very pleasant, maybe I just got unlucky
