Most workers will make a salad in a bowl full of water because it wasnt dried out and put away properly. Half the time the quinoa is hard and undercooked ruining my entire salad. It's been dusty and not the cleanest when I have been there. They do not keep up on hot trays and it's a hit or miss when I add tofu or get a potato side.(I litterally go look and make sure they are good before I order because sometimes they are dead, no life or color left idk how people still sell the items. My daughter frequently dines at this restaurant and encouraged me to try her favorite salads. We decided to stop by for lunch on Black Friday, and I was pleasantly surprised! I ordered the steak, bacon, and bleu cheese bowl, but I opted out of the bleu cheese and chose Caesar dressing instead. I stepped out of my comfort zone since I usually stick to chicken in my salads, but I have to say this salad was amazing! The portion was generous, and I found it challenging to finish, which is unusual for me at other places. The hospitality was excellent, and the atmosphere was inviting!
I believe I found out about CoreLife through and ad on FB. All their products are label vegan, you watch them make it, and they are gmo free/organic. My favorite is the siracha ginger roasted tofu grain bowl. Some dishes can be made vegan. They had a chicken Thai noodle bowl that I substituted tofu and omitted the sweet chili sauce on top. CoreLife staff is very friendly. If you do not eat honey do not get the slice of bread that comes with your meal. The juices are also great, I love the coconut water fruit punch. They are reasonably priced and run deals all the time.
I created my own bowl with grains, beans, and greens, added toppings including tofu (which I was delighted they had!), and topped it off with the delicious Thai cashew dressing. I appreciated the addition of bean sprouts, a rare find at most places. Although I wish everything was vegan, they had a good variety of options. The restaurant also offers unique drinks like Sriracha lemonade.

Great place to go if you’re looking for something on the healthy side. You can make your own rice/noodle/broth bowl, salad, wrap.
Love this place! Food is excellent and employee are so nice also! Addicted to tuna poke salad and Brussels sprouts to die for!!!
