Employees are extremely rude. I am really shocked at how the management team could be so good at picking out rude individuals to be a part of their team at CoreLife. Every time I come here which has been numerous times employees have been inhospitable and very dominating! Even take out can be a pain to deal with them! Perhaps another industry could use employees like this but this is not supposed to be in food service. Please, provide your team with more training kindness servitude! I love and kind of hate this place at the same time. I've been here at least a dozen times, and the food and customer service is mostly inconsistent. Sometimes you'll get a friendly person behind the counter who puts your food together properly and with a pleasant demeanor, and other times you will get a grumpy person who doesn't seem to care too much that their job is to make you the food that you order. As far as customer service, it's mostly terrible. I have had an issue where the food was so terribly made and was more like a soup than a rice bowl and wrote into customer service and received no response at all. We need more restaurants like this! I absolutely loved it, and my friend, who has several dietary restrictions, found plenty of options on the menu to choose from! This restaurant has so many vegan options; it's quickly become my new favorite lunch spot! I love that I can create my own dish with tofu and purple rice. Their homemade drinks are incredibly delicious—my favorite is the vanilla fig! Everything is always fresh and nourishing!
This is one of our favorite restaurants! We love the high quality, delicious food! The staff is often inconsistent, and the portion sizes can be somewhat questionable, but the food is well worth the cost! The Manager here is always fun and friendly!
