We had a lovely evening celebrating my son’s birthday at this cozy restaurant, which features attentive staff and a creative menu. The appetizers we enjoyed, including duck breast and the most tender calamari I've ever tasted, were absolutely delicious. I can't stop thinking about the garlic and smoked bacon-infused potatoes that accompanied my butterflied pork. Guests are welcome to return as soon as they start serving lunch.
The best new reason to spend an evening in Middlebury! This place has a classic yet casual vibe that feels both intimate and relaxed. The friendly service adds to the experience, and the innovative, delicious dishes paired with an extensive wine selection make it stand out. It's a great spot for a quick meal or a special celebration. I'm really glad we gave it a try and can't wait to come back soon!
Super cozy atmosphere, perfect for date night, very eclectic constant menu with delicious high quality ingredients prepared by a set of very friendly owners/kitchen; charming waiting staff, spacious private bathroom, great location (with parking now finally! - and not least a constantly changing beer list of mostly local beers. 11/10. Have seven times, will return soon.
My first experience was outstanding! My sommelier, a dear friend and a remarkable presence in the front of the house, recommended the Victor Hugo, which was absolutely divine, along with a bottle of Merlot. We chose to celebrate our anniversary at Coriander tonight and we had the best time! Our waitress was lovely and very accommodating. The atmosphere was intimate and relaxed. We had a three course meal and everything was spot on. I only wish I could be eating the Monte Blanc at this very moment!
Our server was fantastic, everything we needed was right there. The environment was very quiet, but modern. God, the food should die. The owner even has flowers and a bottle of wine for the special dinner I had planned. A beautiful place with even better people.
Awesome. The food was cooked perfectly and the service was friendly and attentive. Very good selection of local craft beers and ciders, and a huge selection of quality wines. Perfect place to meet friends for dinner.
