Food was good, service was not. I don’t know if it’s because of how I looked (wearing a hat, pierced septum, upper arm tattoo) or because I was by myself but I got almost no attention at all from my server, Julia. She seemed pretty hurried, why I don’t know. The place wasn’t full and there seemed to be other servers on staff, so not sure why she was so rushed. There was an awkward beat when she first came to my table. She didn’t ask what if I was ordering beverages first, just introduced herself and then stood there waiting with pen and paper ready. I enjoyed my solo dinner here in the corner table, except when five oblivious businessmen crowded themselves into the corner bar area standing right next to my table completely ignoring me with their butts right next to my head socializing with each other so my server could barely reach me. Luckily the bartender noticed me and offered to move me to another table. Thanks bartender man! I was able to enjoy the rest of my meal free of the clueless rude businessmen. Other than that incident, I had a wonderful dinner. The food and drinks were fabulous! I would come back for brunch and dinner.
First and foremost Payton is absolutely incredible. Shows care to the customers, shows an interest in their food tastes and recommends appropriately and has fun conversation while staying professional. Ill never say to specifically request a server at a restaurant because everyone deserves a chance, but Payton made the experience. Definitely brought my mom here before i have to leave the state again because it is such a fantastic place and the staff really make it. The Braised Wagyu and Truffled Bucatini were phenomenal!
We stopped here before a show in Denver, very glad we did. The service was lovely. The cold brew martini and the old fashion were the best we've had. We got the pork chop, which was massive and delicious, and the bucatini with steak. The steak was cooked perfectly and the pasta was buttery and cooked well.

Stopped for lunch. Moderately busy. Asked for an outside table. Refused to seat outside because they had “just seated a table outside”. One table occupied, several open, 10 minute wait to sit outside. Left and went down the street to immediate outdoor seating. Terrible customer service.
We went for our anniversary and it was an amazing experience. Cesar was so attentive and helpful.
Mauricio took excellent care of us! Our meal was delicious and service was prompt and welcoming.
