I can't believe we waited so long to give this place a try! Beth and her fiancé were fantastic hosts, and the food was absolutely delicious. The aromas were beautiful and inviting. The sautéed vegetables were perfectly seasoned, and the caramelized onions added a hint of sweetness that made the dish hearty and satisfying. My ribs were flavorful and meaty, and my husband thoroughly enjoyed his Cobb salad—it was a great meal in itself. We're definitely looking forward to dining here again!
Anna is fantastic! Food is perfection. They are just getting started so expect incredible things from this place. The brisket melted in my mouth! Slow and Low! Chicken tenders are freshly cut, dipped and deep fried. Sweet tea fantastic! Freshly made Pico. I hope they get the word out because his attention to detail in the cooking will take him far!
Went for brunch and was amazed at the prices and food. I love quiche and was thrilled to see there was even a quiche of the day! The bottomless mimosas had several flavors and the staff and owner were so much fun! The view isn't anything spectacular, but it was clean and quick. A surprise find that will have me going back again for sure!
If you're visiting The Space Coast, you absolutely cannot miss The Corner Bistro. Everything is made fresh daily by a talented chef, and they have a rotating menu. If you haven't tried this little place out in Merritt Island, you're missing something special. Food is excellent! I had the fish and chips and a lovely portion it was, too. The owner is a friendly, accommodating person, and his fiance is the chef. A stop worth making at Corner Bistro.
I have been surprised over and over again. This is a hidden gem in Merritt Island. The food is just delicious. The owners are friendly, knowledgeable and the cook is outstanding. Cant wait to eat there again. It has become one of my favorite places to eat.
Quaint Café with friendly and knowledgeable staff and simple but rangy and sophisticated menu. Turkey and grape salad on a croissant with one side of fruit is excellent and makes for a healthy and filling lunch.
