While exploring North Georgia, we stumbled upon this hidden gem for a quick meal. The restaurant was surprisingly busy for a Sunday, indicating its popularity. My chef salad was generously portioned, enough for leftovers. My husband enjoyed his chicken and dressing, reminiscent of his mom's cooking, and the squash casserole was delicious. I order the chicken dress. it was more like much heavy and chicken in the gravur they should change the name of the teller to gravy huh with dressing when my eating got to me, it was cold the restaurant was cold the waiters running around and talking loud when it seemed that the restaurant was very operated and organized. I hate to give a bad review, maybe they only had a bad day. but I don't think I'm going back
All food was good except the eggs. I asked for over-medium and they came out very runny, barely cooked. Waitress was alone serving many tables. She never followed up. I didn’t eat them. Told waitress at checkout and she said, “sorry”. No discount offered. Seems they need more people working the tables and a cook who knows what an over-medium egg looks like. I recently ordered takeout for lunch from this restaurant and I must say, I was highly impressed. The food was a perfect 5 out of 5, the service was exceptional and the atmosphere was just as great. Would definitely recommend trying it out!
