This was my first visit to the restaurant, and I noticed it has changed its name from El Cortez to Rincon. I had never stopped by or gone inside before, but this time it had an authentic feel, typical of small family-owned restaurants, which are usually quite good. Overall, my impression of the food was positive, and I found the service and atmosphere to be excellent. I tried the beef stew, which was just okay, but the fideo served as a starter was outstanding. The Cafe de la Olla was also very enjoyable. I will definitely return to try the menudo. Stay tuned for my future review!
I decided to take a chance on this place, it was nice n clean hole in wall restaurant. We were the only ones there and we waited for three caldos de res. When we finally got our bowls immediately look wrong Vegetables weren’t cooked and the meat was hard like a rock. It was more like a chunk of carne asada. Last was super nice, we did not stay to eat. It just was terrible to serve a caldo like this.
It's the best Mexican restaurant in the area! We just went this Sunday and as soon as we entered we loved it, the decoration was very nice, the waitress was super friendly and above all the food was delicious! I will definitely be back very soon ??
I ordered a plate of a chile Relleno and a taco. It's the worst chili I've ever seen because I couldn't eat it because the cheese was so hard. I'm not coming back here.

This is the hidden gem of los angeles. I looooooove this spot! The best food is here. My girlfriend and I randomly found this place and it's now our new favorite.
