Bar Costa is a local bar located in a little town called Santa Gertrudis de la Fruitera, near Ibiza Town. I came here in January at night to dinner local tapas. In fact, it was full of people (and it was very low season) and the food was very good. I ate two local tapas of meat (sobrassada and ventre) and a flaó (a local cheese cake), which were very good, specially the cheese cake. Also I drank local red wine, which was ok. Really it is a very nice place to enjoy with the local atmosphere and taste local tapas. The staff also was very friendly with me. Very recommendable (in winter). La gran mayoría de sus productos son embutidos, estan bastantes buenos y tienen buenos cortes, también tienen buen vino. Los camareros muy amables y el lugar super agradable, pensábamos que solo tenía las mesas en la terraza y unas cuantas en la parte interna, al acompañarnos el camarero a nuestra mesa quedamos sorprendidos ante tanta capacidad y distribución del local, es muy singular e invita a pasar mucho tiempo allí y si te gusta la pintura es un lugar que no puedes dejar de visitar.

Interestingly decorated interior with works of art (painting and sculpture) The service is friendly but impersonal.It's worth eating the famous jamon with bread and tomato.Delicious.Manchego cheese and chorizo were also tasted.very good.Good quality-price ratio.Recommend
Great little gem of a restaurant. We had prawns, tuna sandwich and goats cheese salad. Not only were the portions a decent size but the food tasted delicious. Lugar muy concurrido todo el día. Cuando está lleno hay que hacer una pequeña cola pero muy bien organizados. Dentro hay mucho sitio pero en la terraza se está mejor. Hay bocadillos con un pan espectacular y raciones de embutidos.
El bar de los bocadillos, sus bocadillos son famosos por la calidad de sus productos y por el ambiente que te encuentras en este lugar. No te lo pierdas
Parada obligatoria para comer una buena ración de embutidos o en bocadillo. El lugar es muy peculiar, buena atención del personal.

Ideal para comer algo ligero. Hay que tener paciencia, no reserva mesa, y hay que hacer cola.
