from a remarkably canceled dame called daniella or something. she didn't make any eye contact, didn't say, please or thank you, didn't say hello when we went to the counter, just incredibly rude. can not believe that someone who lacks such basic planes...of customer service and human skills can get a job in this otherwise great Costa store. Sorry, a real goodbye. the coffee also tasted burned.
On Sunday mornings, we like to take our dog to an enclosed field and Costa at Fakenham is just a 10-minute drive from there. The hot chocolate is always delicious and the staff is friendly, helpful, and provides good service.
I tried the amoretti latte and loved it so much that I ended up ordering another one. The server was very cheerful and polite.
This restaurant is amazing with its welcoming staff, but the wait for food can be quite long.
