This is a great Costa situated in Ards Shopping Centre facing Primark across from Cafe Barista. I have been disappointed at times at the Costa in Bloomfields, Bangor so I am relieved that the staff at Ards know how to make a good latte. The cafe is always stocked with a good range of sandwiches, paninis lots of biscuits muffins. There is a large seating area at the front of the cafe then it opens out at the back alongside Homefarm Cafe opposite the doors of Primark. The outside seating in the mall is helpful during the hot days as you always get a breeze from the exit doors of the shopping centre. coffee latte good, tea not the best, treats ie: muffins pretty tasteless look good, but are ready mixes, as a baker myself I am dissapointed as this place is pricy as are all coffee houses, you pay for the personal coffee makers not for the quality of cake/scone on offer scone was yuk baking soda strong, our son asked for a non fizzy juice and was given a appletizer dur fizzy) I returned it, was offered water instead fine as my son liks that) as all other soft drinks were fzzy, thye had run our of pure orange, not one for the kids? no fresh milk shakes and cows milk not on offer that day?
Costa is one of my favourite places for coffee but in Ards Shopping Centre everything looks cramped and a bit run down. Calling last Fri night it was hard to find a table that was clean and didn't wobble The floor was also covered in squashed bits of food Not at all pleasant! On the positive side the staff are always friendly and helpful, the coffee and lemon tarts were delicious, but come on Costa, renovate this branch and bring it up to standard!
Typical Costa franchise with all that you'd expect. Staff are friendly but just functional. It's the condition of the premises the lowers the overall comfort here. It's just rundown with nowhere near enough table and floor cleaning done as the day progresses. It's not just Costa as other premises in the mall are the same later in the day.

Located in a convenient area of the shopping mall, this café is perfect for tired shoppers. The coffee is excellent and there is a lively atmosphere, though it can get a bit loud if you sit too close to the entrance. The service is always friendly and welcoming.
Situated inside the shopping centre next to Easons. Serves a variety of snacks and cakes but also very good coffee. Staff are very pleasant and helpful, nice place to sit and have a read of the paper and a good coffee
The coffee here is delicious whether you're getting it to go or sitting in. The food is also good. The staff is very friendly and chatty, and they work hard. Give it a try by stopping in.
Is pretty average and wee bit expensive. This branch is generally always busy when you are in or pass by. One good thing is they have a loyalty card.

I stopped in for a coffee to boost my energy after shopping. It did the job. The café was clean and friendly, meeting Costa's usual high standard.
Any time I am shopping in Ards shopping centre I would call in and have a cup of coffee here. It is always great service and quality.
