Costa Coffee - Tisch resevieren

Visiting the Christmas market today , my wife and I decided to visit Costa and being as we had the dog with us we sat outside. There is no other comment that can be made about the exterior sitting area but “filthy with smelly cigarette ends littering the floor, tables dirty with smelly dirty ashtrays , wet leaves , obviously the area had not been cleaned in days. This has put us off ever visiting Costa Gillingham ever again.

Called in to kill some time prior to a meeting, the place was nice clean, the armchairs were a bit low down, actually pretty uncomfortable so I moved to a conventional chair and table. Two extremely pleasant, happy and friendly ladies working behind the counter, it’s the staff that make a place. Good experience. Recommend.

Don’t know why they bother opening! The hours are are a lot shorter, has hardly any food on display and now they’ve run out of chocolate powder!! A very disorganised place, maybe if staff kept their phones out the back they’d get more done, one lady was literally being paid to text!

I frequently visit Costa in Gillingham when visiting my family. There is a tall blonde barista who makes exceptional lattes. However, I have noticed that the manager lacks good customer service skills. She tends to act as though any request made to her is a huge inconvenience. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

Just like all Costa cafes, you can anticipate what to expect and the variety to choose from. I went to try one of their Christmas seasonal drinks and it was definitely worth it. If you're not worried about calories, the muffins are delicious.

We frequent this restaurant often. The coffee is consistently excellent, the cakes are scrumptious, and the staff is kind and welcoming. I have no complaints.

A great place to met family and friends in Gillingham. Always good coffee and the staff are great. There is parking near by and a short walk in to town etc

I'm not sure where Gillingham would be without its Costa. The staff are friendly and the service excellent. And of course the coffee is consistently good! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

There are several independent places in town serving better coffee. Never seen the attraction and don't like their coffee much, lacks body and depth.

Nice place in a great convenient location. Free wifi. Staff are very welcoming and place is kept nice and clean.
