I just wanted to shout out Costa in Arnold. I've been lucky enough to breastfeed both of my daughters and have been in to Costa countless times since becoming a Mum. Every. Single. Time. I've gone in, even before I've started to feed, I've been welcomed, supported, offered help with the drinks/the pram etc etc. If and when I've mentioned about feeding, they've asked if there is anything they can do, if I want a particular table clearing etc. When I had my first daughters, I had a lot if complications, a few times I was caught short and needed to use the loo. There was no issue that I'd not bought a drink, they unlocked the door to the loo straight away so I could sort myself or my baby out....
Excellent coffee shop which is currently under refurbishment. I visited on the last day before the cafe was being refurbished and I said to the staff, I thought the interior was pretty good. However 5 star rating to the staff serving that Saturday afternoon. They were all very friendly, easy to talk to and really looked after their customers. Great example was them holding the door for a gentleman being pushed in a wheelchair ... but only one example of many. I'll be back.
all employees are exceptional! the manager jono will really know his customers are always friendly! excellent service. fabulous hot chocolate various coffees. good selection of cakes. smaller selection of hearty snacks. free WiFi customer toilet. always busy local families, friends use as regular meeting point. Baby child-friendly. the employees will friends all the team really care about customers.
