Although I appreciate the current offer on drinks, I am confused as to why orders are not being served in the order that customers enter the restaurant. I waited a long time while others who came in after me received their drinks first. When I asked about this, I was told that orders are served in order, but it didn't seem that way as it appeared that those who were known to the staff were being served first. The restaurant was very crowded with no control over the number of people entering or maintaining distancing guidelines. It was also puzzling to see whole families entering together. The staff seemed overwhelmed and disorganized, a stark contrast to their previously fantastic service. I...
we tried to order our drinks via the app to get the discount, it worked well the first time and it was easy to pick up our drinks at the click collect station. later we felt like getting another 50p drink. although the app has played a lot. it was frustrating for us and the personal that the software app did not work, although the personal was still quite patient with us. (this was a few weeks ago when you could only take away and not sit in a coffee shop)
I like to stop by this restaurant on early Saturday mornings. The service is always good and the staff are friendly. I always get a skinny latte, which never disappoints. It's the perfect way to start my weekend off right.

Great place for tea and sandwiches, good atmosphere, warm and comfortable to take the little ones! Would like the high chair straps to be less fiddly! AB
