I visited the drive-through today and experienced a significant wait of almost 20 minutes. Unfortunately, I accidentally drove past the order point, which was my mistake. When I reached the window, I apologized for my error, but encountered a rude, gum-chewing employee who informed me that I would have to rejoin the back of the line. I asked if I could simply order a black coffee at that moment, but was informed that the manager had prohibited this. When I requested to speak to the manager, I was informed that she was not present and that the gum-chewing employee I was speaking to was actually the supervisor. Visited on a Friday afternoon and the counter queue was almost out the door I timed how long it took for us to get served and it was just over 20mins. There seemed to be plenty of staff but of course they have to serve drive through customers as well. Ordered hot drinks, toastie and cake which was fine and although busy, we managed to get a vacant table. Noticed a member of staff clearing and cleaning tables but not sweeping the floor areas, there was a pile of crumbs and other crud all around where we sat. Note that parking is restricted to 90mins unless you get an extension validated at the counter you have been warned!!

Rudeness from A New Manager, this place never improve! Costa customer service going down the hill unfortunately..... Customer service shocking in this place and looks like never going to improve, had terrible treatment from new intoxicated manager who use to work as a barista in this place 2y ago with a Romanian he is not there anymore as per his rudeness towards staff and customers he's been removed we believe, texting his staff members that customers must be barred from this place and making stories up! Why costa never reply to complaints? Twice we send complaint letter to Costa no reply!

Horrible experience. The restaurant had no coffee or hot chocolate, citing a lack of delivery. They only had tea, which was served with hot water in a disposable cup. There was barely any food available. Even worse was the restroom area... The floor was wet, the seat was broken, there was minimal hot water, and the door lock was broken. We come to the drive through here once a week after my daughter finished work. We have noticed over recent months how friendly the staff are, genuinely friendly courteous service !! Great to see as rarely seen these days well done to the team here.

Terrible service, staff member barked at as as though we were in drive through when in the cafe, had no time for customers and ran out of saucers for the coffees! It wasn't even that busy! Worst experience from a Costas yet.

My friend and I were each fined £100 at the restaurant! When we went to Costa to show our proof of purchase, we were informed that Costa could not assist us and that we needed to contact the private parking company instead.

Farmborough meadow templer avenue always friendly staff so helpful and happy to help with your requirements especially the female staff shioban is a fabulous asset to costa they are lucky to have her on board

Be careful, you’ll get stung for a large parking even with a blue badge holder who parks in the provided space.
