Can't say anything about the coffee. It's Costa. The experience was a joke though. Three staff non appeared to be familiar with systems or equipment. 10 people in front of me. Queued for 30 minutes. Only stayed because my wife and our 2 companions we re seated and chatting and oblivious to how long I was waiting in the queue. If ever I want a pant and a coffee I will never ever combine the two in a one stop site. It would have been quicker to drive into Dorking and go to one of the town's independent, efficient better tastier coffee shops
yesterday at 1:30 o'clock sat in and greeted by two smiling, friendly and very loyal employees, mel and sam. it is rare nowadays that they find this type of excellent customer service that they have provided, especially among the current circumstances! Moreover, mel was on the test to make my flat white that was made beautiful, while sam comforting and soothing about the harm that the storm has made to my house. will be back very soon to experience all this again and ten times more!
The layout of this Costa restaurant is a bit different, with seating available in the lower entrance area, middle level where the counter is located, and an upper mezzanine. Despite visiting during a busy Friday just before lunch, we were able to find a table by the entrance. The outlet wasn't the neatest we've seen, but our cappuccinos were well made and there were plenty of chocolate twists available. The staff were friendly, but overall it was a typical Costa experience.
The manager, Mel, is absolutely fantastic. She is friendly and efficient, and has done a wonderful job training her staff. She even remembers my usual order without me having to tell her! I ordered a coffee for click and collect at this restaurant and was impressed by the friendliness of the staff and the quick service provided, despite being the only customers at the time. The place is very spacious and has a rustic charm. I will definitely return. Thank you, Costa.
This restaurant is the perfect spot to do work. The Costa Rican coffee they serve is abundant throughout Britain and is top-notch. They offer free WiFi, have friendly staff, and the bathrooms are very clean.
This restaurant is a typical Costa location. The coffee is pretty good and they offer a nice selection of pastries. The toilets are clean and well-stocked with toilet paper, soap, and hot water.

Fabulous coffee and a great place to meet up with others, friendly and helpful staff, next time we visit dorking we will be back!
