Disappointed with service, I asked for both my 50oz mugs to be filled and they didn 't know what size there own large cups hold, In the end I ordered a hazelnut latte 3 shots and a sticky toffee latte 3 shots and there was no taste to them what so ever they was bland and tasted like had no syrup in them, When I advised them they tasted like a normal latte there response was ' it does and am wrong ' They 're happy enough to take my money but not give me the correct order. Should of travelled that bit further for a coffee
I ordered a Chocolate Fudge Brownie frappe and was disappointed to receive a drink that tasted like sweetened milk and ice, with no hint of chocolate, fudge, or brownie flavor. The cream on top even smelled strange and spoiled. In the end, I had to throw it away. This Costa branch did not meet my expectations and I was very disappointed with my experience.
I had a bad experience at this restaurant. I ordered an iced cinnamon bun latte with oat milk but it was served with regular milk. It took me four minutes to realize the mistake, and when I tried to address it, the staff member (whoever he was) started arguing with me. His attitude was really bad.
I stood in line waiting to be served at the restaurant. I was next in line, but someone who came in after me used the pre-order system and was served before me. It was frustrating to see them jump ahead of me. The staff were fantastic, but the system itself is not fair. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

Really nice servers, perfect bubble tea (a welcome change from coffee on a long drive) and a pup-cup for spoiled paws.
