This new location, which was new to us, is a few shops up from the original Costas and offers more space. Despite the small frontage, the inside is much bigger with modern and bright decor. There is seating at the back and upstairs as well. The coffee and food options are good as usual, but the neglected toilets and slow table clearing are disappointing for such a new place. Service can also be slow, so we will make sure to check the counter queue before eating next time.
Today (Saturday), I visited this restaurant in search of a nice place to enjoy a coffee and read my book. I was served by a young lady named Mae, and I was impressed by her excellent customer service. Not only did she bring my drink to me upstairs, but she also brought a drink for my friend later on. It was very busy on a Saturday, so I felt that she went above and beyond what was expected of her. I will definitely be returning to this place again in the future.

I recently visited the newly relocated restaurant. There was rubbish piled up outside, which didn't give a good impression. The staff seemed short-staffed, leading to long queues forming. The staff were friendly and welcoming the whole eating area kept spotlessly clean the range of drinks and cakes standard Costa so you know exactly what you are getting some outside seating but closing at 5.30 on a Saturday quite early when the town was so busy. Would certainly return
Beautiful new shop. Much larger. No staff. You were not allowed to eat inside. No tables available outside as there’s only about 4 so left and went into coffee #1 opposite. Having no staff is happening in all Costa shops. Pay the staff well and they might be happy to work for you

A new shop which has tables outside and an upstairs, just needed a good clean in the afternoon we were there. Prompt service. Usual good coffee.
