I visited this restaurant during the 'eat out to help out' scheme while waiting for my car to be serviced. I ordered an Americano with milk and was delighted to find that it was only £1.30 - what a great deal! The staff member who served me was friendly, and I was able to relax on a comfortable sofa while enjoying my coffee. Although the restaurant appeared small from the outside, it was surprisingly spacious once inside. Despite living nearby, this was my first visit, but I would definitely come back in the future!
I ordered a Medium Skinny Latte in a takeaway cup, but was given one with full fat milk in a glass instead. When I pointed out the mistake, I was practically accused of lying. I overheard staff snickering as I had to accept the incorrect order. Avoid this Costa location, as many employees seem to ignore customers and frequently make mistakes with orders. The Costa directors need to ensure better quality staff and practices.
The staff was friendly,fast and it was so yummy to drink, they made the drink perfect with the right amount of coffee,ice,milk and sauce.Out if all the costa's I have been to the Blackfen road is my favorite place to get a frappuccino now also the cafe has been done up and it looks really nice in there and warm as a person who suffers from the cold it is perfect for me on cold days but I would love more places to be warmer.
Always very busy and bustling with yummy mummy’s. They have a great selection of drinks and seating indoor and outdoors which is great. I tend to get a takeaway coffee and have always found the staff very friendly the service quick. Keep up the good work !

I frequent several Costa Coffee locations during the week as they are my preferred coffee shop. The one in Blackfen is the most welcoming and one of the cleanest. The staff are exceptional and deserving of praise.
I visit this store a lot as it’s my local coffee shop, it’s Fantastic!!! Dianna and Bianca make this coffee shop!!! 10/10 you won’t find a better coffee shop. Thanks Danny
Great oat milk hot choc. Staff were really friendly and a huge layout. Definitely would return, even though the last conversation I had in here was not one to remember!
The staff at this restaurant are some of the friendliest I've encountered. They work very hard and make the best flat whites ever!
