I don't enjoy going to these places but I do so because of my partner. The coffee is extremely expensive, and the service is incredibly slow due to the inefficient work system of the baristas. The atmosphere is unpleasant because people save tables while waiting to be served, making it difficult to find a place to sit. There should be a rule that you can only sit after ordering unless you are disabled. I have multiple sclerosis but I don't mind standing while waiting. They need to improve their organization.
Shocking!!! Had a Vegan cheese toastie and as it came out of the oven the lad behind the counter decided not only cut it on the meat “yellow” board but same knife and then tried to hand it over as if it was normal. With a stupid face on said “I can make another”. No apology no manners, had it not been for morning rush and children present he’d be in for some customer service training. Disgusting, such behaviour is allowed and clearly spoke to his colleagues whom all chose to ignore me like nothing happened.
Ordered a medium iced mango bubble tea and it was tasteless and had 3 bits of ice in it so was warm and majorly under filled, was too busy to bother complaining after waiting for 10minutes before actually ordering. Once ordered the wait time wasn’t too long however for the price you pay you’d expect quality to match it and definitely was not the costa standard I was expecting. Beyond dissatisfied and disappointed.
This place has really good coffee and great customer service it also has a great amount of parking however the decor could do with a bit of a tidy or paint. The reason I like this place so much is it in the middle of a retail park so there is much to do before and after your coffee Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
I enjoy visiting this Costa Coffee because the staff is always cheerful and friendly. My only complaint is that the prices of the coffees seem to be increasing every week. Despite this, I always order a medium skinny latte extra hot.
Wish they had more options for vegan cakes/desserts. Don't know why I got asked when I ordered soy milk for my coffee, was it a personal or dietary choice?
Called for a skinny Latte. Did not have anything to eat .cakes looked good in the cabinet.
