The best part of my child graduating from the nearby college is that we won’t have to visit this branch anymore! The service has always been inconsistent, and the way the staff interact with students is terrible; I've witnessed rudeness on numerous occasions. On my final visit today, there was a new staff member who was quite unpleasant. She prepared the sandwiches out of order, causing delays, and then gave a student a nasty look for asking for a ketchup sachet.
