Paco Escribà knows how he wants to be his products. He wants a small restaurant, less tables but the best details. You can find a new wines every season and every day new meals suggestions: local products, international cooking,... It's a pleasure just go to Costablanca to take a little aperitif before to dinner at home!!! It's great to find a chef who goes out of the kitchen and explain you the best products in the market today.
After being rather disappointed by my hotel restaurant, this place was recommended to me by the receptionist. It is not a particularly cheap option, but the seafood is really well done. The staff are also friendly (they don't speak English but there is a English language menu). Definitely worth a look, especially for those staying in the AC hotel, as it is only a couple of minutes away.
This is one of my favorite restaurants in Spain. The food is always fresh, inventive, and amazing. The owners are almost always there, so the service is wonderful. Great selections of Tapas, always fresh fish and seafood selections, as well as fabulous wine in a very pretty and modern setting. Don't forget to order dessert. I have eaten here many times and never once was disappointed.

Nos atendió María Ángeles, todo fenomenal, un trato cercano y estupendo, Paco el cocinero se sale con los platos, tienen muy buen producto y la elaboración está totalmente a la altura, nos ha encantado todo, pero la croqueta de atún y el tataki son brutales!!! Para repetir sin duda!!
calidad en todo lo que te presentan , muy buen producto y bien elaborado , merece la pena comer o cenar allì , calidad a precio justo . Otra buena cosa , el dueño siempre està pendiente de añadir platos nuevos en su carta. Chapeau !!!!
Comida encantadora con un colega. El servicio fue excelente, incluso nos hizo excelentes recomendaciones. El atún rojo y el postre milhojas, además del encuentro con el chef, fueron lo más destacado. ¡Una joya!
