Tarpon Springs is an interesting place to visit. There 's an odd mix of tourists, locals, and out-of-towners that keeps the area feeling like a tourist trap, but still maintains a certain local charm. Being a settlement of the Greeks back in the day for sponge diving, there is certainly no shortage of Greek themed food establishments. Yeah, some famous named TV chef endorses this one restaurant, and some slightly famous food video blogger raves about another, blah blah. But there is a nice, slightly off the path gem called Costa 's right there in the center of town. First, the service. perfect every time. Nice, friendly, and prompt. This place is fantastic! Great place for authentic Greek food. The staff was very friendly towards us and the portions are very generous! All the food was so good, and that Greek salad was amazing! Highly recommended

Here for lunch after exploring the tarpon spring and the sponge dock area. What a good find! I have their mixed seafood plate of shrimp, Calamari, Oktopus and groupers! It tasted fresh and had a good taste depth.

Grilled octopus was very good tender and lightly charged. The sauce was delicious. Service was casual, but efficient.

Amazing food! Prices were great and we will be having greek leftovers tonight. Huge portions.
