I am a HUGE Cote fan have gone on a regular basis for years with friends family in Glasgow London. Most recently in December Visited last night with friends was embarrassed as I chose to eat there booked telling them it was great tasty food, great value great wines. food was bland, not great, not a lot of it they only had 3 types of gin drinks were slow to come had to be chased on 3 occasions restaurant was only at best half full, so no idea why we had to continually chase drinks that did not arrive. I really don't enjoy posting this review as previously I have always enjoyed the food had a good dining experience liked the set menu a la carte choice. It looks like maybe the cost of living cr...
Four of us gathered at this restaurant for dinner on a Friday night. We were seated promptly and the service was excellent with the staff being attentive but not overbearing. We all had starters, mains, and dessert and could not find any fault with any of the excellent dishes we had. The wine list was what you would expect in a city center restaurant, but the prices catered to all budgets. Great buzz about the place and the only criticism I would have is that the noise level really rose at one point, I noticed that although the furniture is lovely and modern, there was nothing in the room decor that could absorb some of the noise. Overall, a very enjoyable evening.
this is a really nice chain of restaurants with delicious French dressed and welcoming staff. speisen a la carte offers some delicious options, such as moule and fish, and the fixed price menus are a real bargain. I like the fact that they order quickly when their time is limited. a stylish interieur in which tables are quite private. worth a visit.
Been going here since it first opened and have to say the last 2 times have been underwhelming. Recipes seem to have changed and portions gotten smaller and just not same as before. Complained and got the fish parmentier for free, French onion soup only...
We visited on Saturday 7th January and it was not the usual service or food standard and it was expensive for what we got. We ordered a bottle of prosecco, the one recommended by the waitier, and it was lovely. It was the only highlight....
I was refused access with guide dog something about “not taking pets” was the message . Despite explaining what the law says we had to leave . Will not set foot in another Cote Brasserie, not worth the humiliation.

Absolutely amazing brunch with my partner. The food was to die for. Service was fantastic, an absolute must if you are in Glasgow.
A very French cuisine, tasteful choice of lovely food, complimented by the attentive staff. An enjoyably relaxing experience.
