I had a very good memory of the restaurant of the same chef in Malbuisson and his beef in salt crust...I had learned that he had closed, had left in Switzerland and then had come back to play, I was very curious to discover his new kitchen. I went there with my partner. We took the tasting menu at 45 eur and a chardonnay from Rollet to 22 eur. small, simple but good mouth, followed by a foie gras with excellent figs. very surprised by the response of the manager of this establishment. I was one of the 25 people who lived a more than odd evening in this restaurant. I will not put my feet back on it, because I found that, in addition to the lack of professionalism of the gerant, the iron was not worth at all the €30 requested. very few plates, a not cooked salmon and personally a big doubt about the so-called "fresh product" and "homemade." I strongly advise this restaurant that twice has been very disappointed.
