What a welcome! From reception to restaurant and bar staff to room staff. Everyone's at the top. The rooms are pleasant, bright and impeccable hygiene. The breakfast. Although a little expensive is complete and of quality. The dinner is perfect, worked, rich in flavors... The location is nice but remains very far from the center of Arcachon (mandatory car). Points to review: Some trays to share at the Sterne bar would be appreciated when you don't want a meal at the restaurant (like the Thaluzur de St Jean de Luz). The big negative point is accessibility to the marine route (only between 6:30 pm my arrival time and 7:30 pm on the evening of your arrival. We have to get here at 4:00 to enjoy...
Hotel really very beautiful, the room was great comfort, it was just missing the chausson and we had a problem with batteries in the remote of the TV impossible to turn it off. The restaurant was great, the dishes as beautiful as delicious, the service at the top and the reasonable price. For the thalassotherapy side, we found a shame to be obliged to pay 5 euros for a bath cup (not provided) and mandatory for the pool. The tiny sauna seen in the world, we're going through the tower instead of breaking. Apart from that, we enjoyed the moment and think we have to stay there for a longer time in order to really go around. A really great breakfast, there is everything and for the largest number...
We took 2 packages for a half day, and the third person had 2 Instant Wellness Care. The site is very beautiful, quality infrastructures, water is at a very good temperature, hot. We had a very pleasant time. With regard to care, the development of remineralizing algae was satisfactory, only the point he missed explanations on the various stages (slowing, deflating the mattress) that can alter the quality of the relaxation and the person in charge of this care was a bit abrupt. The staff was a little cold. We recommend this very beautiful center for a moment of quality relaxation!
Basic and small spa. Non-reusable flip flops are charged (4€ , as well as for poor quality bath caps. A simple towel is lent while people on the spot enjoy a bathrobe. The “Marine Route” is only a swimming pool with a few jets and a jacuzzi area, a sauna and a steam room. Given the price it’s a little light... The surroundings in winter are frying, a shame not to highlight the basin.
Beautiful 4-star property 10 minutes' drive from ARCACHON. Immersed in the pine forest, it has salted sea water pools and a large spa. There Beach is 3 minutes walk from the hotel. Rooms in need of updating but in any case very quiet and clean.
Very nice reception very pleasant. Unreproachable room. Quality care. Restaurant excellent but pay attention to the quantities in the plate for me not important enough. Copious breakfast that compensates the evening meal.
Friendly staff, beautiful hotel decoration, heated and pleasant indoor pool (be careful to plan a bath boxer for men). varied breakfast and quality. I recommend.
