The place is just an ordinary restaurant but this could be Ok is at least the quality of the food and of the wine proposed was at a decent level. The meat, in fairness is Ok but all the rest is really bad, the salad...some folks of our group were served were not even good looking and none of those who chose salad finished them... The service is definitely at the same level as the food... average, not that the people are not nice but as usual in the south of France they have this inability to speak to people with the sense of service and who is the customer... who they tend to consider as a cash cow. anyway, just try to find another place

I had dinner with friends there for the second time and we had a great time. it is very casual service, and the meat was the best I ever had, I loved the picanha, and my friends had the t bone as it was a...Feench cook, the meat was perfectly cooked for my taste. I saw the salad served, and I wish I ordered one. I also have to come back the desearts were great, I had a chocolat liégeois, but I wanted to try the tarte tatin too. it is so casual that at the end of the meal, ee only paid at the bar with the charming anabel, always smiling.
we have eaten twice in the last two weeks. the service was friendly and helpful. we were a group of four adults who had limited the understanding of French. the food was fabulous, the salads were generous. we had black and cheese salads on both. we found eating fresh and tasty. dessert and. cheese plates were also very pleasant. it was a great location under the trees and on the canal.

We visited twice during our holidays , we didn't book and managed to get a table , lovely setting and fabulous food especially the ribs so good I had them twice , desserts are really good too, the staff are really friendly , defiantly will back on our next trip
We enjoyed the ribs and the magret de canard (duck) as well as the gorgeous ice creams for dessert. Very friendly waitress and a little English spoken. Closes in end of September until March. A little pricey but worth it for a treat!
Steady simple formula of salads and grilled meats. A pity the 'Ribs' are no longer on the menu this year. Perfectly placed for those visiting Pernes ...delightfull to eat under the plane trees.
wonderful evening. delicious food. beautiful setting. fantastic. recommend a visit if they are in pernes. they are also open during the day and sell ice cream!

Lovely courtyard with tables in the shadow, extraordinary grilled meat, great housemade desserts. Personnel is nice enough (for France :-))
