Koto is a Japanese/Vietnamese restaurant in San Rafel. Behind the inconspicuous facade lies a very cool shop. We ate in the very cool and cozy garden. The food and drinks were very good the service was okay. All in all a very nice evening. Points deducted because of my personal opinion that good food and loud music (which was good, by the way) don't mix.
The inside and outside of this restaurant is just great. Everything is so stunning!!! Beside the delicious food and the friendly staff, the atmosphere was also fantastic with a great live performances during the dinner!! I can only recommend this restaurant! Very nice place, but the dishes leave a lot to be desired, very high prices for their preparation and complexity, I expected something at the level of a Vietnamese restaurant.
