This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. We reserved a room with two queen beds and when we got there the lobby was a mess and under construction and they put us in a room with one king bed. I requested they move us and he moved us to a room that was a mess. It had not been cleaned and part of the bathtub was missing. Went back again and the third room they moved us to had not been vacuumed and the bathroom floor was sticky. The chair at the desk in the room was so worn out you couldn 't even tell what color it was originally. The pool was closed and the shuttle they promised didn 't have working AC. My husband and I stayed here 1/4/23 in room 310. The desk with the outlets didn't work, the lamp in the living room didn't work, we had to use a lamp from the bedroom to put into the living room to give us a little extra lighting. The tub that is the jacuzzi tub that's in the bathroom mind you, had black sticky boot prints stuck to the bottom of the tub. And to make it all worse the next morning while we're in our room in our birthday suits, we get two knocks on the door and then someone begins to enter the room. The carpet in room #213 was filthy and stained, the furniture was also marked with stains, and the mattress protector had orange stains around the edges. When I pulled back the sheets, I was horrified to find numerous old blood stains on the mattress. The curtains, when closed, revealed countless holes and cracks in the lining. To top it off, the phone in the room didn’t work.
We requested a new room and were moved to #212, which was in better condition in terms of the bed and curtains. However, I noticed blood on the bottom backside of the bathroom door, presumably from someone's hand.

Manager doesn’t return calls. We stayed here for one night and after returning home the next morning realized we forgot a small kid sized pillow that had more sentimental value than just an ordinary pillow. Called immediately after we returned home which was only 2 hours later. Staff could not find item nor had any information of where it could be. I talked to 3 different staff members in the 3 times I called. All staff were unsuccessful in finding the item but stated they’d leave a message for the manager to call. The hotel is being remodeled, it was very loud from sun up to sun down. They did upgrade us to a room that was a little more quiet however we could not go in the front door and the elevator is located on the opposite side of the building. Made another reservation for a suite, we were not advised that the elevator was out of order and out room was on the 3rd floor. They did not inform us of this unitl we were checking in, which is a major inconvenience.
Reserved for two nights for a soccer tournament, unfortunately our team didn't do well so we didn't need the second night. They let us cancel our roomlate morning with a 12:30 checkout. They didn't need to do this but so thankful they did. Our room was recently remodeled and it was clean. The hotel is mid remodel so breakfast is in the lobby, and there is a mix of updated and tired at the moment.
The hotel was under construction, which was not advertised when booking. Our room was FILTHY! There were holes in the walls, stains all over the carpet, the room smelled of marijuana and there was blood on our bedsheets. They did provide good customer service. We had 3 nights booked but only stayed 1 because of the condition of our room. They did refund me the two nights we didn't stay.
The rooms do show some signs of age, particularly in the furniture, but the hotel is currently undergoing renovations. The new bathrooms are quite nice. Most importantly, the rooms are well-maintained and clean, and the service is friendly. However, the breakfast hours are a bit unusual, ending at 9:30 AM on weekdays. Overall, it was a good experience for a one-star hotel.

Do NOT stay here unless you verify the hotel renovation is complete. They are renovating but it is a complete disaster. The hotel is not very clean and the area is also not the safest. We also assumed that there are people living there with very large dogs. Not ideal when bringing a family. I wouldn't ever stay here again.
