My family visited here last Sunday to support the locals. Noticed a rope installed to partition the store but other customers were being served on both sides. We were yelled at for attempting to use the washroom in that area. The lady serving was very loud and rude and discriminating against who is served on that side explaining that they follow strict covid protocols. The guy behind the counter (likely the chef with his mask hanging from one ear all the time) barbarically prevented my mum, a senior with bladder problems, from using the outdoor toilet which was filthy and lacking any hand washing or sanitizing facilities. This is the wrong business for these owners as they are better suited...
Our experience at this restaurant was mixed. While our first souvlaki was excellent, the second one lacked tzatziki and we were told we would be charged extra for more. The explanation given was that most people prefer less garlic in the sauce. However, the third souvlaki we ordered was undercooked and tough. After this disappointing meal, we stayed away from the restaurant for a couple of months. We decided to give it another chance and ordered two banquet burgers. When we got home, we found that the burgers were just a patty with some bacon in a bun, lacking any condiments. We will likely wait a while before trying this restaurant again.
We ordered takeout last night from this restaurant and got a chicken souvlaki meal and chicken in a pita. Unfortunately, it was a terrible experience. The chicken was completely black and burnt, so we ended up throwing it away along with the pita bread. The burnt food smell filled the room and it was very disappointing. We were already home by the time we realized how bad it was, so we didn't bother going back. One thing is certain, we will definitely not be ordering from this restaurant again. Buyer beware.
My husband and I stopped here for a breakfast sandwich last Thursday. I checked out the menu posted on the front window before ordering. We ordered two peamale and egg on a bun, I had cheese on mine. No drinks or fries and the total was over $23.00. It was tasty though. When we tried to use the outdoor washroom, we were told they were locked and would be opened soon. After eating and checking again, I was told that they would not be opened. I'm not sure if we will want to return.

The staff at this restaurant is extremely rude and mean. The food is also terrible, so I would advise against ever going there. I have personally witnessed the staff yelling at children multiple times, which is completely unacceptable. Overall, I was not impressed with my experience.
We had takeout cheeseburgers on Sunday at lunchtime. It was very disappointing because meat was totally overcooked and hard. It was a struggle to even get a knife through it. My husband couldn’t eat any of his and I was able to only get through half of mine. Not the usual quality.
I have been a loyal customer for 25 years, but I am extremely disappointed with the new owners and staff. They were rude and impatient, and my burger was served raw, posing a risk of E. coli.
You MUST try this place asap!!! After trying it i crave it all the time, i have had no disappointment from this place. The food and prices are great and their fries are out of this world !

This establishment serves the best souvlaki and burgers! I thoroughly enjoy dining here!
